● Other Information:
Edy Ridge Elementary School is in its third year. The building shares a campus with Laurel Ridge Middle School, and it was designed to connect the learning to the natural environment incorporating sustainable design features. All students receive Music, Physical Education, and Media classes each week. Each classroom has a projector and document camera. Others also have a SMART Board, and a few teachers are using the use of iPod Touches in the classroom. We are a Positive Behavior Supports school (PBS), and our students earn Paw Prints as an acknowledgement of safe, respectful, and responsible behavior.
