District to host Public Budget Forum on February 27

Sherwood School District will host a public forum on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the Laurel Ridge Middle School cafeteria.  

We invite you to attend this event, at which we will share information regarding the creation of the 2013/14 budget, including current assumptions relative to funding levels, the factors impacting District finances, and the amount the District is targeting for reductions next year.  As in past years, it is imperative for us to glean input from all stakeholders during throughout this process; your comments and questions will be welcomed.

Additional forums and opportunities for input will be announced as development of the budget continues.
