Annual Superintendent Evaluation - Link to Survey

The Board of Directors conducts an evaluation each year as part of the Superintendent’s annual contract.  A third party consultant has been hired to guide the evaluation process and to assist the School Board in developing questionnaires that are customized for various stakeholder groups in the Sherwood School District so that Board members have the opportunity to learn from those that are served by Dr. Heather Cordie’s role as the District’s superintendent.

The Board values the community’s thoughts and feedback, and invites community members to complete the survey by end of business May 1, 2015:

Survey participation is entirely anonymous and will only be viewed by the third party consultant, not by anyone employed by or member of the Sherwood School District or its Board of Directors.
